Regarding the recent errors that were reported from SATO printer users using Windows printer drivers and have been caused by the March 9 Windows security update, Microsoft has released updates to fix the issue.

Known issues that have been resolved:

1. (1)Windows blue screen (BSOD) appears with error code: APC_INDEX_MISMATCH when attempting to print to certain printers.
2. (2)Unexpected results occur when printing from certain apps or to certain printers, showing the blue screen with the APC_INDEX_MISMATCH code. Issues include missing or solid color graphics, misalignment/formatting issues or printing of blank pages/labels.
