SATO Service Training Registration Form
Please fill out the SATO Service Training Form to save your spot.
Classes are scheduled to begin at 9:00am and conclude at 4:00pm. Cost is $850/person and discounted by SATO Partner Program Participation Level. Classes are limited in size. Registration for any training programs must be confirmed 14 days in advance. The completed Training Form, purchase order or credit card order in the full amount must be received for confirmation.
Please note, when course enrollment is less than four attendees, SATO reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any class. Because of this, it is strongly recommended not to make any travel arrangements until you receive confirmation ten (10) days prior to the scheduled training date.
Fees for the class will be processed at the time of registration. Fees are fully refundable when reservations are canceled in writing at least thirty (30) days prior to the start of the course. If the reservation is canceled less than ten (10) days prior to the start of the class, the class fees will be refunded minus a $150 Cancellation Fee per class. Classes may also be rescheduled for a later time for no additional cost.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee, as class registration is done on a first-come, first-served basis. A minimum of a 14-day notice of cancellation prior to the scheduled training date is required or full charge will be applied and an option of re-registering for the next available training date.
