Limited Hand Labeling Solution Tool Warranty

SATO warrants its Hand Labeling Solution (HLS) tools against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twenty-four (24) months on Meto tools and eighteen (18) months for SATO tools.

This limited warranty is void if the product’s failure has resulted from accident, abuse, misapplication, modification, improper use by the customer, off-brand consumables, unauthorized maintenance or repair.

What is Covered by Warranty:

• Defects in materials and workmanship within the respective warranty period and defined parameters

What is Not Covered by Warranty:

• Printheads
• Excessive wear and tear (label removal and cleaning is an additional charge)
• Tools that have been permanently marked or defaced
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Missing parts (including printheads)
• Damage caused by the environment
• Worn print bands
