SATO CLNX and M84Pro Industrial Tabletop Training:

The SATO CL4NX/M84Pro Service Training is a two-day hands-on, instructor-led class that will give participants working knowledge and repair skills to service and maintain optimum reliability of their SATO tabletop printer models. Cost is $850.00/person - discounts available based on the SATO Prestige Partner level. Each participant will receive documentation/utilities and printer drivers to be able to troubleshoot printer-related issues. Lunch is provided to each attendee for the days of training.

SATO S84-ex Series Print Engine Training:

The SATO S84-ex Series Print Engines Service training is a two day hands-on, instructor-led class that will give participants the ability to effectively service and maintain optimum reliability of the SATO print engine used in a print and apply system. The new high-speed S84-ex Series printer models are used for the training class. Cost is $850.00/person - discounts available based on the SATO Prestige Partner level. Each participant will receive the necessary documentation/utilities and printer drivers to be able to troubleshoot printer related issues. Lunch is provided to each attendee for the days of training.

General Outline for Service Training

Classes are scheduled to begin at 9:00 am and conclude at 4:00 pm. Cost is $850/person and discounted by SATO Partner Program Participation Level. Classes are limited in size. Registration for any training programs must be confirmed 14 days in advance. A completed Registration Form, purchase order, or credit card order in the full amount must be received for confirmation. . Early registration is encouraged.

Please note, when course enrollment is less than four attendees, SATO reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any class. Because of this, it is strongly recommended not to make any travel arrangements until you receive confirmation thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled training date.

Fees for the class will be processed at the time of registration. Fees are fully refundable when reservations are canceled in writing at least thirty (30) days prior to the start of the course. If the reservation is canceled less than thirty (30) days prior to the start of the class, the class fees will be refunded minus a $150 Cancellation Fee per class. Classes may also be rescheduled for a later time for no additional cost.
